Who You Are
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management is required
- 6+ years of HR experience; certification in SHRM is preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting, high-volume hiring/onboarding at all levels; preferably in event operations, sports/sporting events, hospitality, or recreational facilities
- 5+ years’ experience with managing HRIS systems (iCIMS preferred)
- 3+ managing HR/Recruiting full-time, part-time, seasonal direct reports
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends (onsite) for NTC special events and 7 days per week (onsite) during the US Open
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong managerial skills and demonstrated experience leading successful recruitment teams
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply strategic marketing and advertising skills to achieve year-round and seasonal recruiting goals
- Must have significant hands-on experience managing payroll systems & processing payroll onboarding
- Advanced payroll/time & attendance management experience in ADP WFN
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; Advanced Excel (ability to create formulas, run macros, and run v-lookup formulas is a must)
- Position is considered exempt; position is designated as "hybrid/flex" and allows for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time.
- This position is onsite from April through September and hybrid from October through March (3 days onsite/2 days remote).
The expected range for the annual base salary for this position is $130,000-150,000 with a potential ICP bonus up to 10%.
